Job Title: Territory Sales Representative
Location: Located in Texas (ideally Austin, Houston or Dallas), 85% remote

Job Description:
NLT seeks a self-motivated and determined individual to serve as a Territory Manager in their state of residence. The Territory Manager will function as both a sales representative and an account manager initially, potentially evolving into a Regional Vice President once established in their respective territory. NLT will subsequently provide additional recruitment and account manager support for that territory and selected candidates. The primary objective of the Territory Manager is to expand sales and recruitment endeavors within their assigned territory. As sales grow, they will have the autonomy to onboard additional staff to aid in recruitment and/or sales efforts, with the pace of growth entirely determined by the individual.

Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with new and existing customers.
- Contribute to the development and expansion of recruitment efforts in the assigned territory.
- Record and monitor all opportunities and open positions through internal systems and detailed processes.
- Promote and elevate the NLT brand within the territory.
- Meet and surpass all sales objectives set for the assigned territory.

Work Environment:
This role allows for remote work from your home, with occasional in-person meetings with customers to foster and maintain relationships. Sales and recruitment efforts are evaluated through company-defined KPIs (key performance indicators) assigned quarterly. While typical working hours are Monday to Friday, there may be instances requiring communication outside of these hours due to the nature of our work.

Skills and Experience:
- Background in Construction Staffing (Sales or Recruiting), Telecommunications distribution sales, or experience in the telecommunications field is advantageous but not mandatory.

Salary and Benefits:
- Salary: $65,000-$75,000 based on experience.
