Next Level Technician Is looking to hire a full time Sales Manager out of the Plymouth, MI area!

Recruit, hire, train, and develop top-tier sales and service employees, ensuring they are equipped with the tools and skills to succeed.
Set clear direction and goals for the team, provide ongoing training, and motivation, and conduct regular meetings to align efforts and drive success.
Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions and “ride-alongs” with all sales representatives to provide personalized guidance and support, fostering their professional growth.
Build and maintain strong, effective relationships with customers, partners, vendors, and internal departments to ensure seamless operations and high customer satisfaction.
Engage with Regional Vice Presidents through timely communication, accurate forecasting (including early, mid-month, and final reporting), and providing strategic direction to guide the team’s efforts.
Drive the team to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, ensuring a consistent performance that aligns with company goals

Requirement's:

8+ years of successful sales experience, including 4+ years in sales management, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
Demonstrated experience in sales management, with a focus on high integrity and a service-minded approach that prioritizes the well-being of both team members and customers.
High energy, strong work ethic, and action-oriented mindset, consistently driving toward achieving goals and motivating the team to do the same.
Ability to embrace and implement a structured sales approach, ensuring consistency and effectiveness across the team.
Proven experience in developing, coaching, and motivating sales professionals to reach their full potential and contribute to team success.
Ability to lead change and provide innovative solutions in a dynamic and evolving market environment.
Knowledge of products, services, and industry trends is a plus, enhancing the ability to lead with credibility and insight.
