What You'll Do:

Low Voltage Technician:
  • Pull, label, and terminate CAT5e, CAT6, and fiber cables
  • Install jacks, patch panels, racks, ladder trays, and cable support
  • Help with testing and troubleshooting
  • Read simple blueprints and follow directions
  • Work safely and stay organized

Lead Technician:
  • Do everything listed above
  • Lead a team of 4–5 techs on job sites
  • Keep the job on schedule and running smoothly
  • Read and understand project plans and prints
  • Communicate with the team and project managers

What We’re Looking For:

For All Technicians:
  • Experience pulling and terminating network or fiber cables
  • Comfortable working on commercial or industrial job sites
  • Good attitude, reliable, and able to follow directions
  • Basic tools and reliable transportation

Lead Technicians:
  • Experience leading crews
  • Able to read blueprints and manage daily work
  • BICSI or other certifications are a plus
  • Experience with Fluke testers or similar tools
