Job Description

Next Level Technician is urgently in search of a Low Voltage Service Manager in the Atlanta GA area. If you have experience is managing low voltage service and MAC work this may be the position for you.

Responsible for managing service tickets (MAC work, Troubleshooting and repair tickets) for technicians. Data, Security and AV experience preferred.
Prior installation of low voltage data, security an AV is a PLUS.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office. Word, excel etc.
Ability to create schedules for service calls.
Able to complete work orders, close out documents etc.

Manufacturer's to have knowledge in:
Card Access: Brivo, Chirp or Latch
CCTV: Eagle Eye,Hanwha, Dahua and HikVision
AV: Control 4, Biamp or conference room systems
