Job Description
Next Level Technician is Urgently hiring Low Voltage Cable Operations Manager opportunity in the Omaha NE area! Operations Manager in a commercial environment with field installation experience is a PLUS.
Project Management Responsibilities:
- Schedule projects to meet budget requirements and customer deadlines.
- Have experience with RFI's and RFP's
- Negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
- Inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes, and other regulations.
- Study job specifications to determine appropriate methods for completion of project.
- Requisition supplies and materials to complete projects in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- 5+ years successful experience in a project manager role, in the low voltage systems field.
- Have experience in all aspects of low voltage: Structured cabling, security, AV etc.
- Bachelor’s degree in project management or technical field is preferred but not required
- Experience managing large multi-million dollar projects
- Strong technical skills and understanding of hardware deployments
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail while multi-tasking
- Experience in project management software such as Bluebeam, PlanGrid etc
