What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll be working on a wide range of commercial and industrial sites throughout the Bowling Green area, installing and servicing essential fire alarm and security systems that protect people and property.

Typical responsibilities include:

  • Installing and terminating fire alarm panels, devices, and field wiring

  • Running and securing low voltage cabling for alarm and access control systems

  • Mounting and configuring security cameras, motion sensors, door hardware, and card readers

  • Reading blueprints, riser diagrams, and system layouts

  • Testing systems for compliance and functionality using standard diagnostic tools

  • Troubleshooting and resolving installation issues in real-time

  • Coordinating with site managers, general contractors, and inspectors

  • Maintaining safety and code compliance at every stage

This is primarily a first-shift role, but some flexibility is required depending on the site. Occasional travel may be part of the job, and those opportunities often come with added pay incentives.
What We’re Looking For:

  • Prior experience with fire alarm systems, security systems, or both

  • Strong understanding of NEC, NFPA 72, and other applicable codes (preferred)

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Experience working with tools such as drills, fish tapes, multimeters, and termination tools

  • NICET certification or manufacturer-specific training is a huge plus
