Cable Technicians & General Labor – Data Center Project
About the Role:
Next Level Technician is hiring Cable Technicians and General Laborers to support a large-scale data center project. Whether you’ve already worked with structured cabling or you have a strong work ethic and aptitude for job site work—we want to hear from you!

You’ll assist with low voltage cable installation, infrastructure buildout, and general job site tasks to help the team meet critical deadlines.

We’re Looking for Candidates Who:

  • Have prior cabling experience (Cat5e, Cat6, fiber) or GPU experienceOR strong *mechanical aptitude or construction experience

  • Are punctual, reliable, and safety-focused

  • Can lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the shift

  • Can follow directions, work independently, or in a team setting

  • Are eager to learn and grow within the trade

    Preferred but Not Required:

  • Previous data center or structured cabling experience

  • OSHA 10 or 30 certification

  • Familiarity with basic hand and power tools

    Job Duties May Include:

  • Pulling and routing cable (Cat5e, Cat6, fiber)

  • Terminating and testing cables

  • Assisting with pathway installation (conduit, cable tray, J-hooks)

  • General labor duties: site clean-up, material handling, support tasks

  • Following site safety protocols and instructions from team leads
