  • Collaborate with HVAC technicians, electricians, and project managers during system installations and upgrades.
  • Support system commissioning, functional testing, and service calls.
  • Maintain clean, labeled, and code-compliant installations and accurate documentation of as-builts and configurations.
  • Follow safety regulations and ensure all work meets NEC and local code standards.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in conduit bending and installation for control and lighting systems.
  • Experienced in pulling and terminating CAT6, 18-2/18-3 shielded, and lighting conductors.
  • Skilled in relay logic for control systems, overrides, and interlocks.
  • Hands-on experience with Johnson Controls FX Series controllers and familiarity with CCT and Launcher tools.
  • Knowledge of BACnet MS/TP, BACnet/IP, and other building automation communication protocols.
  • Familiarity with BFE system interfaces and life safety integration.
  • Competent in reading wiring diagrams and interpreting building plans.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites as needed.

Preferred Qualifications
