Next Level Technician is urgently in search of a BAS Site Superintendent for a long-term, career-shaping opportunity in the Jacksonville, NC area! Â
A BAS Site Supervisor will be working at a variety of Commercial and Industrial sites. These sites can include schools, hospitals, offices, military bases, and industrial plants and warehouses. Each site and scope of work will be unique and add to the skillset and knowledge of the BAS Site Supervisor!

A BAS Site Supervisor will be working at a variety of Commercial and Industrial sites. BAS Site Supervisor job duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Review job files. Review all pertinent data including job layout drawings, specifications and other technical data, as required for a more efficient inspection.
- Oversee onsite personnel. Ensure quality of work and daily tasks are completed.
- Responsible for completing all assigned tasks within the specified cost budget and schedule, personally responsible for the quality of work performed.
- Responsible for accurately completing all required documentation (i.e., timesheets, service acknowledgements, quotes, inventory transfer sheets, inspection certificates, etc.) Forward or bring these documents to the office as soon as possible.
