Next Level Technician is urgently hiring experienced Access Control/Security Technicians for a long-term position in Ashburn, VA. About the Role:
You’ll be working across a variety of commercial and industrial sites—schools, hospitals, offices, warehouses, and more. Every location brings new challenges and experiences, adding to your technical arsenal.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, troubleshoot, service, and program/commission Access Control and Security systems

  • Work with a variety of devices including MAG Locks, electric strikes, fingerprint readers, and hand readers

  • Install and service security cameras and door hardware

  • Read and interpret access control system blueprints

  • Collaborate with teams on high-security commercial installs

  • Experience with Lenel panels is a major plus
What You’ll Need:

  • 2+ years of commercial installation experience in access control or security

  • Strong understanding of telecom and data networks

  • Comfortable working on ladders and lifts when needed

  • Certifications are a plus: BICSI, Lift, OSHA, manufacturer training

  • Experience programming Access Control or CCTV systems is a strong advantage
