Job Overview:
We are actively hiring Structured Cabling Technicians — both experienced Lead Techs and reliable Cable Pullers — for exciting new construction projects in Milwaukee, WI. These are long-term assignments with room to grow, and we’re looking for the best of the best to represent Next Level Technician on-site.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and terminate structured cabling systems (Cat5e, Cat6, fiber optics)

  • Assist with installation of IP cameras and access control systems

  • Read and follow project blueprints and technical drawings

  • Adhere to BICSI standards and best practices

  • Uphold safety protocols and wear full PPE at all times

  • Bring a strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset to the jobsite
Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Basic working knowledge of BICSI standards

  • Hands-on experience with structured cabling, IP camera, and access control installations

  • Ability to work efficiently in high-energy construction environments

  • Must have and wear full PPE daily (hard hat, vest, safety glasses, gloves, boots)

  • Dependable, self-motivated, and professional attitude
Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience on commercial new construction sites

  • Leadership experience or a desire to step into a lead technician role
