Job Description
NLT IS URGENTLY HIRING FOR A LEAD TECHNICIAN! Contract to hire, $300 sign on bonus.
Tech must be local to Charlotte, NC and willing to travel up to 90% of the time.
Must be able to clear a pre employment drug and background screen.Â
We are looking for a lead technician to direct projects. The position is full time/permanent with a nice complement of benefits for the right individual. Experience with project management, blueprints, installation standards for all forms of structured cabling, closet build out and cable certification is necessary.
BICSI certification a plus but not required.
Mileage will be paid for use of personal vehicle possible company vehicle as well for candidates with a clean driving record.
Variable work schedules should be expected (1st and 2nd shift).

- installing, terminating and testing Cat6
- Speakers / Sound masking
- Fiber
- MDF/IDF build out
- J-hook pathway installation
- BICSI standards
- Working from a 19' scissor lift

- Travel
- Current valid driver’s license, no DUI or DWI’s, no negative driving patterns
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work 1st and 2nd shift as the job requires it
- Ability and experience working from scissor lifts and boom lifts
